Spring Break is a great time to have some fun with friends which is exactly what we suspect our stuffies will be up to this week. We thought it would be fun to interview some of them to find out a little more about their friendships!
Fuzzles & Garth
What makes you guys such good friends?
Fuzzles: Well, we like to do a lot of the same things.
Garth: Yeah, we’re pretty similar, like, my mom says we’re cut from the same cloth.
What’s something you like to do together?
Garth: Everything!
Fuzzles: Well everything that doesn’t require arms.
Garth: Oh, yeah. That narrows it down. But I can do a lot with my tail. . . .
Fuzzles: (Sighing) I wish I had a tail.
Garth: Well, you’re taller, you can reach the stuff that’s up high.
Fuzzles: I could. If I had arms.
Garth: Right, I always forget we don’t have arms.
Fuzzles: So mostly we like to do stuff that doesn’t require arms.
Mr. Turtle & Friends
So, how did you turtles meet?
Mr. Turtle: Funny story . . .
Roxy: We were all on a relay team together in High School.
Nigel: There was this group of rabbits .. .
Nora: They were hares . . .
Nigel: I know but I like calling them rabbits cause it annoys them (all the turtles laugh). Anyway, they used to win the relay every year.
Sunset: They were so full of themselves, bragging constantly!
Ocean: Yeah, so one year we decided to put together a team . . .
Tortie: And my dad coached us, he said slow and steady, that’s all you gotta do, slow and steady and you’ll win the race.
And did you win?
Mr. Turtle: Oh, we won. We beat those hares fair and square. And the seven of us have been friends ever since.
Hey, Hey it’s the Monkeys!
So, what makes your friendship great?
Brown: Well, we’re all pretty spontaneous and that leads to a lot of fun.
Blue: Yeah, like last week one of us suggested skateboarding through the mall.
Pink: And we’re like . . .
Blue: Let’s do it . . .
Pink: So much fun . . .
Brown: But who knew how expensive glass doors are . . .
Blue: And that they break SOOOOO easily . . .
Pink: Yeah, a bit of a shocker . . . .
Blue: And then you flew into that flower store . . .
Brown: (laughing hysterically) that was HILARIOUS . . .
Pink: Hey can we borrow your mike?
Um, I’m not sure if that’s a good idea . . .
Blue: KARAOKE!!
Brown: (singing) Sweet Caroline!
Pink: BUM BUM BUM
Blue: (laughing hysterically) YOU SAID BUM!!!!!
Brown: BUM!!!!! HAHAHA!!!
At this point we decided to stop the interview.
